1) Tasty Portugal currently ships to the EU. The times for delivery are between 3 to 6 working days. If your country is not an EU member, send us an email and we may be able to help you.
2) These conditions apply to all contracts for the Sale of Goods entered into by TastyPortugal.weebly.com.
3) Carriage Paid terms. Orders sent to addresses within the normal delivery area will be dispatched – carriage paid – by our own transport or designated carrier.
4) The price payable for goods is displayed on the website at the time of placing an order. If any goods have been incorrectly priced on the web site, we shall not be obliged to supply the goods at the advertised price.
5) All quotations are given are irrespective of the availability of goods. Dates quoted for delivery are offered in good faith, but TastyPortugal.weebly.com will not be responsible for any loss suffered by the Buyer, due to TastyPortugal.weebly.com inability to meet such dates.
6) Claims for damage, shortage or non delivery will not be accepted unless TastyPortugal.weebly.com is advised by email within 3 days of the date of delivery. Products will be replaced once the damaged good are returned to Tasty Portugal Head office to be verified by our specialist. The products will have to be returned at your own expense before replacement products are replaced or refunds are issued.

Cancellation and Returns Policy
8) You may cancel your order and receive a full refund provided, (1) you notify us in writing by e-mail within 3 working days of receiving your goods and (2) you return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging and at your own expense within 7 days of receiving them. (3) Have a valid reason for the cancellantion.
9) Tasty Portugal can't be responsible for the bad handling of the package by the different postal services. We pack all our products in appropriate boxes well secured and the goods should arrive in good conditions if handled by the postal services in the correct manner.
10) By signing you are accepting the goods have arrived in good conditions.
